About Us

Battelini’s Garage started in 1921 with a one bay concrete garage with a dirt floor under Alesio Battelini (1st Generation) on Rt. 40 in Landiville, NJ. Since then, there have been three generations of Battelini’s that helped grow the business to where it is today, Battelini Wrecker Sales! Our Equipment started with a home-built unit on the back of a 1916 Dodge Brothers Model 30 Touring Car, then upgraded to a Manley hand crank unit on the back of a 1940 Ford. In years to come, Alesio’s son Dominick (2nd Generation) would build a 1956 Reo with a home-built unit and mount three Holmes 750 body’s on a variety of chassis. In 1986 we purchased our first NRC model 3500, which is currently still in operation today. In 1990 Dominick R, Anthony A, & Albert (3rd Generation) started Battelini Transportation Systems, Inc. which operates 15 Tractors & Trailers in the Northeast Region of the US.

In 2010, Anthony Jr & Wade (4th Generation) started Battelini Wrecker Sales with the goal of supplying the equipment that they grew up owning and operating. In 2012 we began to install all NRC equipment here at our facility in Landisville, NJ and now have built a customer base that spans across the U.S. In 2014 we began our Trailer sales division bringing on Reitnouer, Globe, and Trail-Eze Trailers. Looking to deliver on the customer demand for our products, in 2021 Battelini Wrecker Sales relocated to Vineland, NJ to a 16,000 Sq Ft, 8 Bay Facility. Built on seven acres, our new shop houses a dedicated parts warehouse and optimal office space. As our customer base has grown, so has our team. Although we may be growing, we still hold tight to our family values that began in 1921. While the world may forever change, our commitment to you will always stay the same.
